My Cookie Factory has opened at South Melbourne Market, offering artisan New York-style cookies baked fresh onsite each day.
The stall will offer fifteen flavours, including vegan options plus a limited edition Flavour of the Month. Highlights on the menu include Red Velvet stuffed with Cream Cheese, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Birthday Cake, Nutella, Kinder Bueno and the Classic Choc Chip.
They’ll also be offering a special Ice-Cream Cookie Sandwich over the summer months.

Owner, Natasha Coulthard, hails from Melbourne originally, but has just returned from the US after a thirteen year stint running a successful ice-cream, doughnut and cookie shop. Her and her husband have returned to Melbourne to raise their first child, Mila, and chose South Melbourne Market as their first destination due to the value the Market and their customers put on quality, artisanal food.
“When we are at the South Melbourne Market we can just feel this is the perfect place for our cookies and our family. We love the local community and excited for our baby Mila to grow up in the South Melbourne Market community.”
So, what is a New York-style cookie? They’re big, thick, chunky, soft and gooey on the inside, crispy on the edges, and feature a delicious mixed-in flavour.
